I agree. What's fascinating about the how story, however, is how many dimensions there are that led to the crashes - all a part of the terrible story. Some just blame the Boeing executives. Flying Blind is a great book. My one criticism, however, is that it focuses almost exclusively on failures in executive leadership, which is just one dimension of many leading to failed technology. I lay out the entire story in my recent podcast series (www.bradivie.com/podcast).
