Created as part of a project to recreate the power that human form kaiju possess, Mechagodzilla III- or Kiryu as she's known among G-Force- is both a maid for the base and the premiere kaiju hunter among G-Force, capable of fighting and taking down kaiju despite their immense size difference with her superhuman abilities and arsenal of advanced anti-kaiju weaponry. She is tasked with both keeping Junior happy and satisfied, and as a contingency plan for if he ever goes rogue. As the transformation between human and kaiju form is a technique beyond human technology, Kiryu does not have a kaiju form. G-Force eventually develops and builds a new mech for her to pilot in order to stay on part with the power of other kaiju, creating the Kiryu Combat Interface, her own kaiju form that she pilots like a mech, similar to how Jaegers in Pacific Rim are piloted. Her kaiju form is drawn from Kiryu's appearance in Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla: https://wikizilla.org/w/images/f/f5/GXMG_-_Kiryu_with_Battle_Pack.png Much like Biollante, this Destoroyah is a fragment of the original kaiju that survived after the original's total destruction at the hands of Burning Godzilla. She gradually grew and developed in power over the years from feeding off trace radiation left behind after the battle in Koto City. Once she gained sapience, she found herself wrought with amnesia with no recollection of who or what she was. She wanders aimlessly around Japan, anonymously helping people she comes across, before becoming known by G-Force. Junior's experience with the first Destoroyah makes their relationship strained, and it's unknown if Junior will ever accept this gentle, kind Destoroyah.

Biologist and surrogate mother to Junior after his hatching during the events of Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla II. After the events of that movie, she pivoted her research to the understanding of giant monsters, particularly those similar to dinosaurs. She's been waiting eagerly for G.M.O.F. to find Junior again so she can be reunited with him. Design-wise, she looks very different to how she did in the movie, and I only loosely based her off the only piece of concept art for Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla II to feature her: https://wikizilla.org/w/images/9/95/Concept_Art_-_Godzilla_vs._MechaGodzilla_2_-_Baby_Godzilla_4.png A fragment of the original Biollante that was scattered after her fight with Godzilla, taking root in the wilderness of Japan and beginning to grow once more. With Erika Shiragami's soul laid to rest, and a reduced presence of G-Cells within her body, this Biollante is more of her own person. Her abilities remain similar to the original Biollante, but her personality is far more gentle and caring, and she sees herself as Junior's aunt, her desire for familial love like what Erika had driving her to become very attached to him. G-Force's foremost expert in kaiju biology and behavior. She's often teased by her coworkers for being a kaiju otaku and often spending more time doing her research and advancing knowledge of kaiju than anything else, leaving her quite overworked with how often G-Force relies on her and her knowledge. She has a particular interest in the transformation between kaiju and human forms, and seems quite vested in both Junior and Leo specifically... I've adjusted some parts of her backstory and character from Shin Godzilla in order to fit within this post-Heisei continuity. Her design is largely based off this art by artist Matsuryu: https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/58593943 One of many Ghidorahs. It's revealed that the Dorats the futurians used to create Ghidorah were sourced from an alien planet in a neighboring star system. This Ghidorah, a noble lady and high ranking member of this alien military, travels to Earth for an advance conquest of the planet in the name of her Queen, the Kaizer. She is fought to a standstill by Junior and kept in check by him and the rest of G-Force, essentially becoming their prisoner until she eventually learns to appreciate Earth and human life more. The three-headed nature of her kaiju form is due to the two sentient energy swords, Hidari and Migi, she wields in combat in her human form. She is based more off of Showa Ghidorah than the Heisei incarnation.

Went missing after the events of Godzilla vs Destoroyah, but he is found trawling the waters around Japan in 2001. He's very energetic and battle hungry, yet is still quite innocent. He shares a particular bond with Miki Saegusa and Azusa Gojo, who convince him to help out G-Force with protecting Japan from malevolent kaiju. As a kaiju his design is largely based off a particular piece of concept art for Godzilla vs Destoroyah: https://wikizilla.org/w/images/e/e9/Concept_Art_-_Godzilla_vs._Destoroyah_-_Godzilla_Junior_3.png The granddaughter of the Mothra from Godzilla vs Mothra (1992). Regarded as a goddess on Neo Infant Island. The island is largely undeveloped, but some people have chosen to move there as it is seen as a very holy place, coming under the direct protection of Mothra herself. She's very ditzy and naive due to staying in her shrine on Neo Infant Island ever since she was a larvae, but comes to the mainland in response to Junior returning. As a kaiju she is largely based off of her appearance in Tokyo S.O.S.: https://wikizilla.org/w/images/8/8d/GMMG_-_Mothra.jpg The grandson to the Mothra from Godzilla vs Mothra (1992) and the current Mothra's younger brother. He often leaves Neo Infant Island on his own travels and is rarely seen. He confounds others with his curiosity and wanderlust and hardly seems to be aware of his own responsibilities as a deity to the inhabitants of Neo Infant Island. After the events of Godzilla vs Destoroyah she decided to continue her work with G-Force and train and develop her ESP abilities, rather than allow them to atrophy and go away. She's currently the head of a group within G-Force that are actively searching for Junior and tasked with the containment of other kaiju, G.M.O.F., the Giant Monster Obstruction Force. Junior views her like his big sister.
