If someone was immune to assimilation (which is possible in my Multiverse), they would indeed be stuck for some time in there, not only becasue it's deep, but the pressure between the breast increase with depth making moving quite difficult

Good Question! Following my Multiverse rules, her chest should indeed go back to its original size through natural metabolism, as she consume her fat, but help, like inducing lactation, will hasten the process.
Now, as her chest is colossal and her body normal, the natural "shrinking" is very slow.

There are a silly little story behind this pic. This character is a reminiscence of a character that appeared in a little known French-Belgian comic (title unknown) where she had a very nearly as over the top body as the one I drew here. Yes, it was a children comic. Yes, it has some effect on me.

Note that, the more she assimilates things in her breast, the deeper her cleavage gets, and the safer it is to put larger objects inside, as the "danger zone" of assimilation go down deeper and deeper with every size increase.
Right now, she could store a semi-truck in there quite safely 😋

Ah! It's a little like diving into Saturn's atmosphere : you'll always be assimilated before you exit the bottom cleavage.
Moreover, her chest size increase with each assimilation, and exponentially more on the inside, so it's always changing, but right now it's probably counted in kilometers...
