🇨🇳 expanding extraterritorial applications? Further showing what it can do with its REE lever (which is def less precarious than sometimes stated).

I only skim read it for now, but it looks like they have hit all the main points except the one on how the UK plans to collaborate with other countries in AI, especially in relation supply of components needed. But maybe that will go in the trade strategy (?) Apologies if it's there and ai missed it
