There's just something about seeing the old, black oil be drained from the car and the new, clear oil that makes me imagine how refreshing it must be for an anthropomorphic car to guzzle down on a canister of clear motor oil

Sometimes it's because of homonyms and sometimes a keyword means something else in a different language. The feed is for a small community so it shouldn't affect your visibility if that's what you're concerned about.

I put accounts that accidentally trigger it into a list that prevents it from appearing on the feed again in the event that they reuse the word. Some of the results it fetches don't relate to the content I want in the feed (and some are just bot accounts).

Hello, I manage the feed and created that list as a way to manually fix my crappy feed generator. It looks at all Bluesky posts within the last 24 hours and fetches the results of anything with specific keywords.
