Isn't renaming a ship considered bad luck?

The farm didn't follow proper quarantine procedures. Though healthy looking they may still be incubating the virus and that could mean mutations. The farm could have prevented the decision to cull the birds but were negligent in not following the clearly outlined protocols of quarantine.

They claim herd immunity but how do they show evidence of it?
