You can't expect people who usually have no morals or ethics, i.e., billionaires, to grow a spine and fight for democracy.

In fact, that's why the word "oligarchy" is so popular: billionaires actually thrive better under dictatorships.

Trump is the protector of those who rape and beat children.
January 23, 2026 at 5:35 AM
ICE criminals, i.e. the bunch of federally-funded far-right Nazi white supremacists, should actually be locked up. And those who killed innocent people like Good: I don't know, maybe they should face the death penalty?
January 23, 2026 at 4:49 AM
Exactly.

There are people like John Bolton who say that Trump is an aberration, implying that everything will go back to normal in 3 years. They thus say that Europe should resist from terminating the Transatlantic relationship.

Problem is: MAGA is a cultural virus that changed the US forever.
January 23, 2026 at 4:45 AM
I don’t think this idea came from Trump’s scrambled-egg narcissistic mind, but rather from the far-right, Nazi supremacists and extremists who influence him, people like Miller and the Project 2025 crowd.

Why is he dressed like a Nazi SS?
January 22, 2026 at 8:45 PM
We Europeans will find a way to survive and fight back, just as our Ukrainian neighbors did.

We have the means; the only thing perhaps missing is the will, but Trump, with his crazy dictator's actions, is quickly closing that gap for us.
January 18, 2026 at 1:15 PM
It is time that you Americans overthrow this incredibly criminal and corrupt government. Its crimes are innumerable and well documented, hence you'd be more than justified.
January 18, 2026 at 8:13 AM
But then, what if the MAGA problem presents itself again in 1100 + 365*4 days?

This problem won't just go away with Trump, and you "good" Americans should understand it ASAP; Trump isn't an anomaly but the expression of an undemocratic "genetic mutation" that occurred in America's culture.
January 18, 2026 at 8:08 AM
Oh well, Americans have voted for a president with narcissistic personality disorder.

Let that sink in: what happens when you elect a *mentally disordered* person, and nobody checks on him? You get an unparalleled disaster.

It is time that you Americans solve the Trump problem, whatever it takes.
January 18, 2026 at 8:03 AM
Sue the hell out of them. These extreme far-right lying clowns must be ruined financially.
January 15, 2026 at 6:18 PM
Walz: Trump has narcissistic personality disorder. He has no empathy. Why appeal to his sense of morality? He doesn’t have one.

The only response to an evil fascist bully like Trump is this: a thousand eyes for an eye; a million teeth for a tooth.
January 15, 2026 at 5:33 PM
It doesn't look good.
January 15, 2026 at 9:41 AM
Do it also for Greenland please.

We Europeans are truly shocked by your president's actions, and we're willing to die to defend our soil and sovereignty.

Please, check your president's abhorrent actions in the house and Senate before it's too late.
January 15, 2026 at 1:47 AM
Putin paid them well; or has very effective dirt on them; or both.
January 11, 2026 at 8:43 PM
As a European, I have to agree with you: Trump is a symptom rather than a cause, and after him a similar prez might come (Bannon? Vance?). So, impossible to trust the US, for now.

However, we should also recognize that the (vast?) majority of Americans still want the US to be Europe's strong ally.

Also,.use your smartphone to document everything: videos, photos, etc., and share & publish everything.
January 9, 2026 at 6:45 PM
Like a true bandit!
January 9, 2026 at 2:50 PM
...and for sure, this strategy would be infinitely less bloody and expensive than trying to counter an American invasion.
January 9, 2026 at 1:43 PM
Indeed, we’re starting to see significant cracks emerging among Republicans in both the House and Senate: more and more of them seem willing to break with Trump.

The numbers are still small, but decisive; perhaps we Europeans should find a way to politically leverage this to rein Trump in...

I’m not disputing that the U.S. Army didn’t lose a single battle in Afghanistan: on a purely military level, it’s essentially unbeatable.

Yet after 20 years, the Taliban were still there and ultimately won the war.
Similar thing happened in Vietnam, and again in Afghanistan with the Soviets...
January 9, 2026 at 6:38 AM
Well, I think that Vietnam and Afghanistan show that you don’t have to "win" by matching a superpower conventionally, right?

Insurgents can survive through long guerrilla warfare (which creates attrition) and political endurance, raising costs until the foreign power withdraws.
