blue giant also have one of my all-time favourite collections of volume covers! you can see that one of the underlying elements of this manga is traveling just from the covers and that alone makes it quiet special compared to other music-themed series due to its more wide setting.

it’s just really interesting to see the mc having to navigate himself as a musician facing various challenges like difference in culture, work ethics, language barrier, etc and he himself have to learn to be open-minded and adaptable in order to fit himself in with other musicians as well.
