As a piece of advice, drop the “he intentionally leaked my nudes to the world” part, it’s gonna ruin your case/story, since the counter argument is so easy “all of my stuff got leaked alongside yours”
Stick with “he leaked my pictures to a stranger” that case is solid and strong enough.

I would not go for the “arrest him now” part, we are not like them.

Not rly, an hour ago I wrote a contract for a software client, it looks damn good and almost indistinguishable from what a lawyer would do, the AI answered all my questions and gave me tips on stuff to put in
I can still have it looked over by a lawyer but the working process was GREAT for learning

While this is true, for a person just working with a LLM, it and general AI are indistinguishable.
I know a general AI would do much more and probably would kill us all in a matter of hours… an LLM gives the appearance of AI to a regular person, so the term “AI” is not wrong
