The findings suggest that both viral persistence and immune responses in the brain contribute to long-term neuropsychiatric and cognitive issues.

This study evaluated 4 HMW DNA extraction methods across multiple labs using a reference cell line with known SV. The aim was to assess DNA quality, sequencing performance, and effectiveness for SV analysis using long-read sequencing.
