Rubbish. Rule of law is central (staff regulations, ECJ rulings).. Hiring criteria are published clearly in vacancy notices. Recruitment panels include Staff Committee representatives. Recruitment procedures are subject to audit by the Court of Auditors and un Internal Audit Services.
