Yeah, on another day both of them could have come away with something. And 2 v 4 points is not a major difference.

Yeah, one can look at it from different perspectives and take different things away from the two games. Saka is often involved, this season that hasn’t really meant a lot of points though. But, as you said, would have gone for him as captain as well if I’d known we’d win 4-1.

Yeah, Saka is a bit of a frustrating player to own at the moment. So involved in many things Arsenal do, but still manage to come away without the points at most occasions. Yeah, at least he outscored Haaland.

It would factor into focus, similar to a team winning the cup might have shifted focus for the coming league game. Head could be elsewhere. But like I wrote, that narrative could be turned either way depending on the outcome. Personally I’d gone elsewhere if I felt any other option was tempting.

Also had him since my GW6 wildcard. Last week was the first time he gave me any points. Played him far too often and got nothing out of it. With Andersen back he’ll mostly stay on my bench in the foreseeable future though.
