Transferred in Van de Ven to replace Robinson, avoiding Man City. Not so keen on Rice, but he was a bit better last week.

Need to free up some budget for a legit keeper. Perhaps that means a Saka swap down the line.

GW6 went as well as possible. Top 500k weekly score, even without Palmer. Muric wasn’t a disaster, and both Villans found the net. Watkins was the right pick for the armband. Soucek and Gvardiol restored my faith, and both Cottagers were dominant and clean.

The late decision to grab Watkins worked out. Very nice to see goal involvements from Rogers.

Took five minutes in GW1 to recognise I missed Bukayo, so it’s been one transfer a week to finally get him back.

Will my…err…value players generate returns? Will Souček even play? We shall see.

I’d be more upset about Rice’s booking if it weren’t so hilarious. Perhaps home against the Toffees will be the time for Rogers to post a large tally. Paying for stars has paid off so far.
