Could Madueke be a viable short term option (more so for those of us with wildcards left). Or is there too much competition (Neto, Sancho, etc)?

Agreed. If I do go for it, it's most definitely only a 1 or 2 week punt before wildcarding.

Madueke as a (very) short term punt is really starting to appeal to me. But I admit a huge risk..
