We need to model working together with others, listening to the wisdom found on the margins, and seeing the world as a network of webs for connection instead of ladders to be climbed.

One way is by trying to be a place where all people can grow and thrive. We need to cultivate good soil in our communities and organizations to increase the likelihood of seeds taking root.
