I made カツカレー today.
I was so worried to mess up the rice, but for the first time i don't think i could have done better.
Ceran Cooking field with with food making in process. A open pot with finished rice rests on the back rom. A pot with lifted lid containing japanese curry is in front of it and a frying pan with 2 steaks that are currently getting cooked are to the right. A picture of the finished カツカレー (Katsu Kare) A white foot plate with the rice filling one half of the plate, and the curry the other. Where the rice and curry meets, the steak has been put on top and cut into strips.
