I'm hearing from some people who think Newsom's heart was in the right place. It wasn't. His idea was "Let me get together with the opposition and let's roll up our sleeves and see if we can solve this thing." Sounds okay...until you remember that trans people are not a "thing" to be "solved."

.....so....the religion based on being compassionate and empathetic....has followers now claiming that compassion and empathy are evil and sinful? .....
