So, from my perspective, the drama is a sign that we are succeeding at being a safer space for people to exist. 8/8

I really don't know how many people are going to read this. I just hope this reaches peeps who might need to see it or open an interesting dialogue. If you did read, thank you :3

I think it's shift just a shift in perspective. Life is exhausting, and to have the troubles of drama intrude in your safe space sucks, but it is a community built to be a safe space. Friction can come out between people at their most vulnerable. 7/8

The drama is often a step in someone's process of learning. It doesn't always go well, and we don't often see the cases where it does. But for those who are tired of the drama, I get it. It's exhausting. But the drama is a part of someone's journey of growth, and that's good. 6/8

Many of us in the fandom come from troubled backgrounds, some more so than others. Once again, given the nature of the fandom and vulnerability, it makes sense that this community has such a crowd. In a place like this, if you are being told "be who you are," your flaws are bound to show. 3/8

However, I think drama is a natural part of a community like this, especially considering that the very nature of the fandom is a safe space where you don't have to hide who you are. You are free to be who you are and explore who you are without fear. 2/8
