maybe its just my fawning trauma response to seeing any characters i like in pain, its definitely part of it. but to see the pain that pandora goes thru depicted in such excruciating detail with a cutesy cartoony aesthetic ontop of it, it makes my brain go crazy.

i seriously cannot overstate how much of an imprint mindwave has made on my brain, the overwhelming and nauseating aesthetic of the microgames, the weirdly grounded vn sections, the ways in which pandora suffers and how her emotions are expressed are all blindingly visceral to me
