Fast forward to today. Marco would perhaps claim that this video is a deepfake, that he never made fun of TACO JABBA's small hands (or other appendages), and that Ukraine was offered a peace deal by Putin that it should not refuse. Proof positive that even jellyfish has more substance than Rubio.
