Just rewatched one of my childhood faves and realized the plot is that all the forest furries help this tiny gender-ambiguous witch named Thistle concoct a "magic potion" which they use to force femme the villain who then stops being in a bad mood and trying to destroy the forest all the time

It puts me in mind of the Solar System, how different planets have different sized orbits, and maybe each person has a point in their orbit where they're closest to the sun and to the warmth of community/intimate connection and then an aphelion where they're chilling way out in space on their own.

Also apparently I still have some dysmorphia about what size pants I wear 😅 Testosterone (and getting a car) has definitely made me larger than I was just after surgery but I'm still a very different size and shape now than the one my brain has stored as "you need the bigger jeans"

It is wild to me how much this boy likes having his face touched. Other kinds of petting are pretty hit or miss depending on mood but he is 100% always available for headpats, chin skritches, cheek smooshes, ear massages and more nose boops than I've ever seen another cat put up with. 🐱
