Nooo, you cant do this to me. I have stayed really good about not getting back into my overwatch habits and I have almost with this game multiple times.

Working in a school during the "holiday season"

I don't like the breathing ones either because I can get too calm, cold against my pulse points tends to help, or a weighted throw, also heat or making a drink (coffee or tea) something that involves multiple steps.
