There's something so satisfying about reseasoning my cast iron cookware.

I finally got around to some long over due house projects. one of which was refinishing my projector wall and replacement of the much hated, cheap screen. The difference in clarity and brightness is shocking. The screen is almost 10ft diagonal now.

I had a craving for Congee recently, so I experimented. This is sautéed onion, mushroom, and thick cut bacon. Super successful experiment!
