I don't think it's a case of ignoring those who are truly poor as much as it is explaining how astronomically difficult it is to reach the point of being truly comfortable from any point in the scale. It takes at minimum a 400% increase to go from the "poverty" line to economically stable.

The FAQ specifically notes its "non-video" BTS stuff. So all the video content should stay the same, but there might be photo rolls or similar.

If you're not voting no to cloture you are betraying your constituents and your country. A government shutdown is a small price to pay to ensure it's not dismantled outright. Do what's right. This is your chance to prove you have a spine.

So, I think that either option works as long as it's clearly communicated on both channels. Bricky, for example, I know does his livestreams, vods and highlights on a second channel while doing more structured videos on his main. So I think it's really up to what you prefer.
