Finally made a ref sheet for my main oc/mascot for “Foxglove Fursuits.” She’s a gray fox!
Fun Fact: Gray foxes are not “true” foxes, and are considered to be the most basal living canid.

Introducing my mongoose lemur Ramy!

All living tetrapods have the same basic structure of “one bone, two bones, little bones, long bones.” Mammals typically have 5 “long bones,” and no living tetrapod has more than 5. This is wonderful evidence of a shared common ancestor that had 5 digits.

Big chunky tongue!
Fun fact: Lemurs have a secondary tongue called a “sublingua.” Also, the lower incisors and canines form a “comb.” The sharp teeth on the bottom are actually modified premolars!
