One bit of good news: this error was ruled in my favor and I was able to get a refund so I can pay bills instead of being stuck with a credit instead :3

It's happened again. This time Pirate Ship/UPS charged me $745.58 for the privilege of receiving 2 returned packages FROM JULY.
I learned from the last time that they DON'T REFUND THE MONEY. Pirate Ship gives you the money as credit for shipping future packages!
I have bills. I can't afford this.
