So true, the studios they are looking for are the ones asking for below living wage to complete their passion project so that they might get noticed. I'm seeing more sub $100k projects and one is even sub $50k! The quality is still there, the market is tempering the expectation.

Interesting idea, with shades of Silo (as you say) plus Wandering Village (game) and some film on one of the streaming services that is so bad that mind is blocking it's name but people live on giant steam punk machines on tracks that wander the world
