As someone who was lukewarm on the Chainsaw Man anime, I gotta say:
The movie was BALLER AS FUCK. SERIOUSLY HOLY SHIT!
Not a single frame of it is wasted. Genuinely sets a new standard for animation and art direction for these adaptation films.

As someone who was lukewarm on the Chainsaw Man anime, I gotta say:

Main reason this came to mind is that I saw the recent announcement of an Anya Nendoroid figure, and seeing the ways it's posed and optional parts made me want to test how hard my rooms drywall is.
The worst one I didn't post bc spoilers, but it's vile to advertise this character that way.

Maybe a hot take: Ever since it got popular and developed a fandom, I've absolutely despised the cutesy ways Mouthwashing has been portrayed by fans, especially with Anya.

Woke up feeling exceptional today.
Randomly broke through a few plateaus I'd been stuck at for what feels like months, which is satisfying as hell.
Also new barber kinda fucked my shit up and cut it way shorter than I wanted but we make it work.

I almost gave top 5 to Senor Pink, but I think Sanji and Zeff are a better pick. Not only does it give you a deep appreciation for how Sanji views the value of food, but also his loyalty to Zeff, which makes leaving him feel so bittersweet, something you appreciate even more after Whole Cake.

Compared to the heartrending emotions of the previous examples, the single goal of Oden's backstory is to explain how cool Oden is. Why is everyone so die-hard loyal to this man who is long dead? And by fucking god does it accomplish that goal. Oden is so fucking rad. I get it.

Brooks is another one that comes close. This one is straightforward simple, but it does everything it needs to make you appreciate what Brook has gone through and how heartbreaking this stupid farting skeleton actually is.

Kuma's backstory comes so dangerously close to beating out Robin's. This is pay off for well over a decade of wondering what Kuma's deal is and who this Vegapunk guy is, and it ties everything in a perfect bow that not only answers so many questions, but punches you in the gut with how tragic it is.

Ohara is always going to be the one to beat. It's just a flawless execution that gives you enough understanding to explain how Robin is the way she is, and establish how dangerous of a force the world government is. It's also the 1-2 set-up for Oda to deliver the uppercut of "I WANT TO LIVE!!"
