So, consistently in a burnout feel. Currently trying to remain positive about things. I do have a plan since time off work isn’t an option starting with going to bed at the same time each night, and eating regular meals. Hoping that will lessen the burnout.

Anxieties and overthinking have really messed my tummy up and ability to eat full meals, currently I’m drinking a lot of ensure and Gatorade to make sure I’m semi okay…I think I need to get into therapy, just not sure if I should do solo sessions or ask my partner if he wants to see one together

Found out a dear friend of mine passed Saturday…he was always in my corner, gave the best advice, I always felt safe with him around. Kept in touch after I moved, and had just chatted with him a week ago…idk what to do with this type of grief, I’ll be a teary mess for a minute
