Any way to know where you are roughly in the queue? I know the original order had batch number on there, but it would be nice to know the current state considering some people have backed out/beta tested/etc

but are there incentives or some discounts or whatnot for sending it back? otherwise, having to send it every time just to buy a new one, make it less enticing to send it back in the first place
