Yes, the oven and the fridge/freezer doors, for me.

I'm glad I've found someone who also shares noise anxiety.
I constantly think there is someone else on the flat - even though I know the door is locked and my partner is either in the same room or the bedroom.

It definitely helps. It takes seconds and they can be deleted as soonas needed

I also have to take photos of appliances to make sure they are switched off, but it's one hundred times better than the anxiety that comes when I don't do it

I have to take videos of myself locking the door. It's the only way I reduce the anxiety.

It is a delightful little game
