As someone who has experienced poor mental health in the past, the little things really help to keep me going and enjoying life as much as possible. 🙂

It's rare that I properly take time to read as I'm always writing, but I've really felt the benefit lately of sitting down with a hot drink and a book. And, of course, having a little friend to keep me company always helps too. 🐕
