With all the madness and disruption propagated by our current leadership ….. I found that my participation in a US Masters Swim Meet at the Univ of the South (Sewanne) a great stress reliever. 200 Medley Relay, 100 Free, 100 Breaststroke, 50 Free and 100 IM - Cleared the mind of this 73 yr old
