So say they give a vote to extend the subsidies. There is no guarantee the senate will pass it, no guarantee the house will pass it or even hear it and certainly no guarantee this president (appealing a court order to feed his own people) will sign it. This is no “deal” just capitulation.

Republicans agreed to hold a vote at a “future date”. How does that help your constituents? Your vote continues to allow the Trump administration to wreak havoc on the middle class and federal workers. You just gave up your entire bargaining position. You left your people to the wolves.

Some people voted for this. And remember, he did not announce he would do an armed invasion of American cities. People did not vote for that. But now they obey.

Is it possible the reason he asked if courts would release the grand jury testimony was so he could be assured there would not be a record out there from before the redactions? So there would be no counter record to what ever was changed by the 1000+ agents put on file purging detail?

Are you arguing republicans are republicans for economic reasons…passing a budget bill that produces 3.3 trillion in debt may contradict that premise?

Stock market may be, but gdp has shrunk .5% this quarter while inflation is rising. People are not feeling the profits the stock market is achieving. They have stopped buying. Oh and eggs…up 41% since last year.

I think Democrats are pretty clear where they stand. They are not the ones who are members of the cult- Even if they are rich. No true democrat is voting for 47.

We have now have a president whose policies a majority of Americans outright reject. What do you say we start to elect people with policies (70%) a vast majority of Americans support. Maybe we let them define extreme for too long?
