not only do i still have no idea who this is but it’s also definitely not the same hairy horizontally expansive orchid pot interloper. it’s much more of a scaly/glabrous vertical rhizome local lookalike

and this is cyathea (sphaeropteris) cooperi. i wish i could say it’s what i bought but i had ordered an alsophila australis. still… it’s also different.

but yes to round up she is currently at around 50cm fronds but they are horizontal because window lol

this whole investigation into tree ferns and the IDENTITY of my plant has produced the predictable result where i am awaiting delivery of these two boomv’s. from the netherworld.
