You would have to evidence it. Your previous "evidence" has concerned tweets discussing Rennie (in prison for paedophilia) and Dunn (a founder of PIE). We never claimed others were complicit, just that due diligence was lacking.

The law agrees with us - you might dislike it, Duncan, but that isn't grounds for lying about us in order to stir up hate.

A couple of brave chaps replied on here to let us know what we were thinking about the ruling and the gov, but when asked, politely, to expand, they seemed to get all coy and ran away...
