"Proposing" is doing alot of work here. They haven't given healthcare to a single trans kid in years, and even before when they did it was only about 2% of them that got healthcare.. 98% put through conversion therapy via forced puberty.

Actually if you read the Equality Act as per the SC judgement, thats exactly what it does.
