Finally my Ardbeg Committee 25th Anniversary release arrived this morning! Half PX Sherry casks alongside half roasted malt spirit from bourbon casks makes an intriguing concept combined with the Ardbeg smoke.

Time for a week of single malt scotch… headed north of the border 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The Oban 14 is beautiful and hopefully foreshadows being back by the coast.
