I love that they talk endlessly about the ‘cuts’ of our own services, our own jobs, our own care systems, and forget to mention they aren’t giving *us* any of that ‘waste’ they found.

I agree. Messaging is abysmal. Interestingly I get the most focused, repetitive messaging from progressives (AOC, Bernie, Warren), who this article is blaming incidentally. When Rome started burning, AOC did a two hour live connecting the dots. But Dems don’t want their help.

Not Congress. Senate Democrats with one vote from the democratic VP. Republicans didn’t do shit for the American people per usual.

I once followed some guy I thought was Martin Starr on Twitter, but never really got his content. I realized several years later it wasn’t him at all, just kind of looked like him, but I felt sort of obligated at that point. I’m sure I still follow him over there.

I just read her latest opinion today, and she’s awful lol. “Thank god we’ve been able to solve the issue of giant hulking men playing volleyball with 11 yo girls!” Celebrating resolutions of a manufactured problems that never affected her, or anyone she knows, ever, and just *filled* with relief.

Because white people are already centered everywhere. And we have many, many holidays and celebrations and remembrance events. Recognizing groups who are impactful to our country and history is not taking anything away from you.
