Applied to work for a position at a television broadcasting company and one of their questions was "do you play videogames?". Apparently they were using video game experience as a proxy for predicting who would do well operating broadcast technology.

I stay out of it unless one of them is making another one of them bleed, which doesn’t happen that frequently. It’s natural for them to fight, you gotta let it play out so they can organize themselves properly.
