The real problem of AI is the control of AI foundation models by a handful of billionaires.
As future production / productivity will depend on AI applications & these will be built on foundation models, the foundation model owners will be state-independant & in control of the global economy.

I would agree but would refer to pastoral 'practice' rather than 'atitude'.
There's a widespread misconception that theory & practice are interlinked, whilst practice is linked with doctrine and theory with empiricism.
It's our actions, our practice, which give meaning to the doctrine we adhere to.

The idea is great, but how to implement it?
In the current global political environment the feasability is questionable (at best).
A way towards realization - various blocks (EU, Brics, US, and others) synergize further and form confederations. These then merge into one global confederation.

Unfortunately, 'climate change' has become a rhetorical tool for political purposes. Increasing human contributions to co2 concentrations in the atmosphere since the 18th century is measurable & should lead to the search for harmonic coexistence between nature & humankind.
