- Your boss ringing you on a Sunday
- The Teams call ringtone
- A Slack/ Zoom/ Outlook monster baby
- The last two days before you get paid
- A non-unionised workplace, obviously

Win for members in TU Dublin!

The university went ahead with external recruitment for three interim senior posts. But union members won back the agreed processes, including internal competitions, consultation and more.

Well done! #JoinAUnion

We're at the Dáil emergency protest for the Global Sumud Flotilla to Gaza, demanding their safety.

We've no updates on Fórsa member Donna Schwarz since losing contact. But we know she'd want this message out:

Words are not enough. End the genocide and let the aid in!
October 2, 2025 at 11:48 AM
The Global Sumud Flotilla to Gaza is being intercepted by Israeli forces

We again reiterate our call to global leaders, including Ireland, to do everything they can to ensure the safety & release of all participants

Video is from Fórsa member Donna Schwarz who is still sailing as we post this.

Update from the Flotilla to Gaza, by Fórsa member Donna Schwarz who is onboard.

We demand the safety of everyone on the flotilla which has come under attack. And as we always have stood for - we demand humanitarian aid into Gaza and an end to the genocide.

What a celebration across schools today for SNA Appreciation Day, the second one ever.

We were sent a huge amount of photos from across Ireland, so these are just a snapshot!

They deserve every bit of recognition for their incredibly valuable work #SNAAppreciationDay

🇵🇸 🇮🇪 Extraordinary bravery by Fórsa member Donna Schwarz. She's part of the civilian flotilla sailing to Gaza.

We demand her safety and the safety of everyone onboard. And that their call - an end to the genocide - is finally acted on by global leaders.

An-bhródúil as tu, Donna.

Why should you join a trade union?

Because on your own, you can't:

✅Protect remote working
✅Fight for a 4 day working week
✅Win better wages, work life balance, and working conditions
✅Demand physical and mental safety at work
