A "good idea" is personal preference all around. Current estimates in the US are between 400 - 500 million civilian owned firearms in circulation.
According to US statistics 80% of self defense gun usages are in home cases. Owning just makes sense for those that wish to own. AmeriKKKa is weird.😅
