Actually printed on the back of the certificate. The certifcate/consent was clipped from a brochure, which I think had more cartoon images.

What I remember most from this particular vaccination was the public health repeating several times that, under BC's Infants Act, we did NOT need parental consent to be vaccinated. But I see @fishgottaswim.bsky.social signed in any case...

This guy also makes an appearance on the back of my 1996 measles/rubella booster certificate (which I came across in my desk drawer the other day)!

It was, if I recall correctly, a punk rock show, so an interesting remix indeed!

The latter: an exposé of the Sunnyside Society, a charity ostensibly concerned with the welfare of "children of the tenements" but actually concerned principally with the welfare of its founder, one Violet Jessie Sherbondy...

I suggested that we buy him a new pair of shoes for the big night, absent-mindedly forgetting that, in spite of his background, MC is not Finance Minister. So we're going with running shoes (the PM is a runner, after all).
