I got one of those cup holders that attach to the edge of your desk. It has saved me, since I have a tendency of spilling drinks on my keyboard. Highly recommend (no particular brand to shout-out, it came with my desk).

Unfortunately, it seems "important people" don't get the same "luxury" of being penalized for their crimes like us little people.

You obviously have no idea what DEI is. It is to expand the search to people in marginalized groups (women, PoC, disabled, older people) who have the SAME or BETTER qualifications that fit the job.

They're not hiring just anyone off the street. It's to give equal access to everyone.

I personally like it. If it's too time consuming, I would say a WIP every once in a while.
