So, she only tells the truth when off the record and lies when she's on the record?

After what I would call a rocky start, John Dickerson and Maurice DuBois have created an excellent evening news program. They give depth and context to their stories that is missing elsewhere. Unfortunately, due to ratings and rufusal to toe the new MAGA line, they will soon be gone. I'll miss CBS.

If we made sure Ukraine got what it needs, Ukraine would have the upper hand. Long range missiles would bring Russia to its knees as its oil infrastructure turns to flames.

Now that Trump is seizing ships, stand by for Xi to do the same.

Does he also intend to enforce the Russian oil embargo?

USA may never be trusted as an ally ever again.

1. Seems unreasonable to believe the most expensive hospitals could generate enough revenue to stay solvent only treating the rich. 2. What's considered a living wage? Nurses have to fight pretty hard, already, to be fairly compensated. Would that change? Was Dr Fauci fairly compensated?

1. Yes because total costs for individuals may go down. 2. Again, pharmaceutical companies want to make a buck, so it seems doubtful that they would stop inventing drugs and price themselves out of the market.

1. Are there really enough rich to keep all the big hospitals solvent? 2. Who runs medicare now? I'm on it, seems to work even with DOGE trying to kill it. 3. Yes. Often that's all that's needed (patients aren't the experts in diagnosing or in knowing which expert). Works well for me, lately.

Talk to Scott Galloway (Raging Moderates podcast, The Prof G Pod, etc.). He's proposed a reasonable path. Big picture: lower the eligibility age by two years, each year, from 65 down to 40. There's more related to insurance, protection from bankruptcy, etc.

That'll help relieve the backlog. Oh wait! Delay is good and cruelty is the purpose.

Redaction, destruction completed. And, since a new "investigation" is in progress, someone will claim they can’t be released until it's completed.

A promise for a vote? They have a majority, so having a vote is meaningless since they'll vote anything down! New acronym: DACO (Democrats Always Chicken Out).

If we can have an election during the Civil War and WWII crises, perhaps we can survive having an election that doesn't violate the 22nd Amendment no matter what the Orange Menace conjures up.
October 5, 2025 at 6:24 PM
Look at all that diversity! It must drive the Orange Menace crazy, if he had the mental capacity to understand the significance.

Sorry, Bill, you're wrong on this one.

Obvious question, "The why are you shutting down wind and solar projects that are nearly completed?"
September 4, 2025 at 6:02 PM
Sorry, but there is no such thing as an iron-clad guarantee as proven time and again in history. The only way to end this is to have a full trade embargo, release of seized Russian assets to Ukraine, full weapons support to Ukraine so it can continue to pound Russian oil and gas infrastructure.
