I was reminded today of this little comic I drew a few years ago based on a now long forgotten Discord conversation, but y'all can enjoy this inaccurate depiction of the Land of the Dead!
Part one out of two of a comic, both four panels. The first panel shows an ancient Egyptian style bird, arm outstretched, saying "Welcome! To the Land of the Dead! What offerings have you brought us?" to a generic person. Second panel, the person says "Well, I have two gold coins and this piece of bread" while holding said items. Third panel the bird says "Excellent! You may place it on the alter and proceed forth! Go and find the dog-headed one, and follow his instruction." Fourth panel shows the person placing the items on the alter, and in the background a dog-headed person excitedly waves,eyes wide, tail wagging #furryart Part two out of two of a comic, both four panels. Panel one shows the dog-headed one punching into the person's chest. The person, caught off guard, saying "HellooOOOWWFF" and the dog saying "GIVE ME YOUR HEART" The second panel shows the dog saying "WE MUST WEIGH YOUR SINS" while happily placing the heart on a close up of a large scale. There is a pointy beaked person in the background. The person is looking at the third panel, wheezing, saying "But..." The third panel the person is in the fetal position on the ground, back to the viewer, saying "...that's a feather on the other side." The panel is zoomed out showing the entire scale, heart weighing down the feather on the other side. The dog excitedly yelling "SINFUL!" and the pointy beak one mumbling something. The fourth panel says "And everyone ate that day!" with the alter bird eating the bread, eyes looking different directions, the dog holding the heart over his open maw, and pointy beak writing something down.

Being a fish can't be the worst thing in the world...right? 🐠

had the idea for yet another big strong dragon lady but the difference with her is she doesn't talk much, often uses one word responses, and she seems cold, grumpy, and uncaring on the outside, but in reality she can be quite kind and protective.
