Last weeks march for Palestine in Sydney. Police estimate 90,000 people turned up for the event. Organisers put that figure much higher, at between 200,000 and 300,000 people. That’s despite the heavy rain, with Sydney recording 16mm since 9am. (Source: Sydney Morning Herald)

Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said it would be a double standard for the EU to pursue further sanctions against Russia over the war in Ukraine while not sanctioning Israel for the war in Gaza.

Sanchez urged the EU to suspend its cooperation deal with Israel.

Chaos triumphs when freedom becomes anarchy. The Trump view of the world: an American corporation or entity can do what it likes, and say what it likes, and any country that attempts to regulate, control or limit that in any way is going to be subject to punishment.
