Like i was so scared Konami was gonna finally kill off the franchise lmao, it's been limping for 15 years. But no this was finally something good.

The original is still the best way to play imo but! The tone, puzzles, atmosphere, and combat are great, as are the story beats! Only negatives are: they added jumpscares (why...) and kinda stretched some areas out a little longer than they need to be. Defs worth playing. Original still slaps most.

It's really dang hard to make good close friends in the world now. Online you can't do it, not really at least. The social gathering points we have nowadays are mostly only good for making transient friendships. It gets really lonely, but i still believe. You can do it. Keep going.
