Ooo - interesting. I have an opticians appointment this week so this could well be helpful. I still have the glasses before my latest ones so I could get those reglazed without having to be without for a week?

Are you leaving your message under the ‘payments’ tab? I’ve seen posts that say that then the message goes to a case manager rather than a work coach and is more likely to get sorted

It’s difficult to know when to migrate. I expect I’ll start as soon as my letter arrives as I’ll just be constantly worrying otherwise

Mine stayed the same. You can phone them even though it says not to. They told me my result over the phone. The letter arrived quicker than the original forms though

Noise levels probably - I have to wear noise cancelling headphones a lot and then seem rude for not listening. That and the sheer exhaustion of being with people
